Community Lunch & Act
#StandUptoJewishHate

This is a difficult time for all Jews. Hamas massacred our people in their homes, families were taken hostage and around the world antisemitism is surging.
Our sense of security has been shaken as Jews encounter psychological and physical intimidation in public, and online voices of hate become emboldened.
We are scared. We are angry. But we are not alone.
On November 29, we will gather as a community in solidarity with Israel and against antisemitism. We will find comfort in one another, committing to our mission to help women, children and families. While we eat, we will act – writing to our legislators and local organizations urging them to fight this hate, bring the hostages home, and keep our students safe. Actions may include:
- Urging Congress to support Israel and help release the hostages held by Hamas
- Supporting our local college students in the face of antisemitism and making Chanukkah gift bags for them (in partnership with Hillel of Greater Metrowest)
- Countering online hate speech
Don’t forget to bring your cell phone and/or laptop for additional online actions.
Please register by November 21 to reserve your seat.
